Design Build, Development and Asset Services

SterlingPillar has the ability to offer full-service capabilities to our clients from site selection assistance, development, design-build/design-bid build, turn-key construction, furniture selection assistance, occupancy, and management & maintenance services. While the primary focus of SterlingPillar’s business model is commercial construction – we have a licensed team available to assist with all facets of Commercial Real Estate Services.

In addition to our experience and subcontracting resources, SterlingPillar has a fully developed management team, Quality Control System, an OSHA compliant safety program, Quality Control Managers, Site Safety and Health Officers, contract administrators and site superintendents, all available to assist in the effective execution of your next project.
