Denia is a Project Manager and is responsible for overseeing the project process from preparing client proposals, ensuring adherence to client financial plans, schedule management, strategically budgeting and value engineering, quality control, contract building for trade partners, and field supervision. She is passionate about seamless coordination and execution which delivers the highest quality product and experience to all project stakeholders, including the client.

Denia earned her Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from East Carolina University in 2021. She began her career as a project engineer and quickly graduated to project manager where she has managed up to 13 projects at once, ranging in size up to $1,200,000. Her prior experience as an engineer gives her an edge in procedure and system building that provides a valuable and critical, multifaceted perspective. Denia prides herself on being fully involved in the construction process from start to finish. Aside from her strong construction and engineering resume, Denia is bilingual and fluent in Spanish.
