Stella is the President and CEO of SterlingPillar and is responsible for the business development and marketing, leadership to our team of professional project managers, superintendents and office personnel.

After opening the Valor Construction Group Raleigh, NC office in 2017 and serving the company in a leadership position, Stella purchased and re-branded the company to SterlingPillar in April 2020. She has over 25 years of Commercial Real Estate experience having served as Vice President of Asset Services for CBRE-Raleigh, SVP of Asset Services for Grubb Properties and as Partner/Director of Asset Services for Mission Property Company/Eakin & Smith/Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in Nashville, TN. While serving in these roles throughout her career in CRE, Stella and her team were responsible for all project management and capital improvement projects on the portfolio of commercial real estate up to 11M SF. She also served on the development team for several class A commercial office building projects in Brentwood, TN. Stella has a lot of long standing relationships with many CRE asset managers, project managers, brokers and building owners throughout the Southeast. Stella is the 2023-24 Past President of TCREW (Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women) and has been a member of CREW for over 30 years; Stella is Past President of BOMA Nashville and BOMA Raleigh.

In addition to her business profession, Stella and her husband, Tom, are active members at Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral in Raleigh, NC where she serves as the Chair of the Pastoral Council and they are both Eucharistic Ministers and Mass Coordinators.
