Madison is the Director of Marketing and is responsible for customer relations, client experience, social media presence, increasing brand awareness, assisting the President with business development, overseeing the company marketing calendar, content creation including project completion photos and advertising materials, and website management.

Madison earned her degree from the University of Virginia in 2021. After working in marketing and event coordination after graduation, she relocated to North Carolina where she began her career in construction administration and marketing. At SterlingPillar, she served as assistant project manager and marketing assistant before transitioning into the Director of Marketing role. In 2022, she served a year-long term as the Triangle Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction’s Director of Marketing. Her experience in these roles made her familiar with the construction process and enhanced her ability to convey SterlingPillar’s values and culture of excellence to our trade partners and clients.
