Tenant improvement project performed at 1101 East Whittaker Road, Suite 240, Raleigh, North Carolina for Edgewater Ventures. The project was comprised of several notable features including: cloud baffling for sleek acoustics, a high-tech conference room & modern meeting spaces, exposed steel beams to preserve the original industrial integrity of the property, a modern break area & fully stocked bar, private focus rooms for heads-down moments, a mother’s room for comfort and care, an outdoor deck oasis, foosball and shuffleboard tables, and more!
