Project Description: Tenant improvement project performed at 1010 Sync Street, STE 300, Morrisville, NC for Relias. The project was comprised of several notable features including:  state-of-the-art podcasting and recording studios, editing offices, and green rooms, sophisticated acoustic treatments to mitigate sound in the space and improve aesthetics, specialized electrical, insulation, and baffling techniques for top notch soundproofing, professional-grade equipment including microphones, cameras, sound gear, and recording software, and a putt putt green for employee recreation.
